  • How far do your yacht charters go?
Currently, all of our yacht charters include fuel. Half day charters will go out of Englewood and will tour around Manasota Key, Stump Pass and to Little Gasparilla Island. Full day charters will go as far north as Venice, FL and as far south as Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa and Captiva Island. Overnight charters will sail as far north as Venice and as far south as Sanibel and Fort Myers. We can charter further but fuel surcharges will apply.   back to top

  • I want to do a yacht charter but my wife gets seasick. What can we do?
Seasickness is best if it is prevented. If she takes a Dramamine the night before the charter, and then another prior to boarding, she will probably be just fine. We can also stay on the inside channels to reach our yacht charter destinations rather than going out in the Gulf. also, we can help her focus on things that are on land and are stable. This helps train the brain and inner ear so that the motion doesn't make a person feel sick.   back to top

  • Can we charter the yacht with our own captain?
We get asked this question a lot. If the captain is local and has a 100 ton USCG license, we can discuss it. Usually, the answer is no but there could be exceptions. Our areas are very shallow and local knowledge is a must for everyone's safety.   back to top

  • Can we bring alcohol aboard the yacht charter?
Yes - as long as the people consuming the adult beverages are of legal drinking age. However, if someone gets highly intoxicated and the captain feels it could endanger themselves or other passengers, he has the right to put the group off at the nearest port.   back to top

  • How many people does the yacht sleep?
There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms aboard the yacht. We also have a queen air mattress for use in the salon. The couch is comfortable too - especially for children.   back to top

  • Can we cancel a yacht charter if it is going to rain?
It rains in SW Florida on a very regular basis. This is our normal tropical weather pattern. This is another question we get all the time. If the captain determines it is unsafe or if there is a true low pressure system affecting our coast, then we can reschedule your charter. There will be periods of sun and clouds however, the yacht is fully enclosed and this will not affect your yacht charter. We will still cruise to a lot of cool places, restaurants, beach bars and you will still have fun....we promise! We reside 25 miles from the beach and it can rain here in Punta Gorda whereas folks out in the Gulf all day haven't seen one drop. Rain like that usually doesn't last. It's just normal tropical weather patterns with predominantly quick "isolated" cloud bursts. A named storm of any kind or if the captain deems the conditions as unsafe would be the only way we would reschedule your charter. If you live out of state, that would be the only circumstance in which we would refund a deposit if we could not reschedule during your visit to Florida.   back to top

  • How do the free limousine transfer work and how many people will the limo hold?
If you are staying in Englewood, we will provide free limousine transfers on all charters, half and full day. If you are staying outside of Englewood, we will provide free limousine transfers in Charlotte County from Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Gasparilla Island, Rotonda areas. Generally, the limousine transfers are free within a 30 mile radius of Punta Gorda. Outside of that area, fuel surcharges will apply. Another thing to factor in here is if you book an eight hour charter, the limo ride counts as part of the yacht charter time so it's important to have everyone in your group at only one or two pick up points.   back to top

  • Can we go out to eat on the yacht charter?
Absolutely! We can take you to many fine or casual eating establishments as part of your yacht charter. One island, Cabbage Key, can only be reached by boat so it is a premiere destination.   back to top

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Checks and Cash.  back to top
