Need a Boat Rental in Boca Grande or Englewood, FL? Look no further! We have four great shallow running boat rentals at Eldred's Marina to choose from. There are several things to consider in choosing which rental boat is right for you! We want people to know that we are no longer associated with Chadwick Cove Marina as far as boat rentals any longer. If you have googled "Boat Rentals Englewood FL" you most likely came across two numbers on that google listing. Our number is 941-505-8687 (which is the first you will see on google's listing) and the second number is 941-474-8577 (that's the marina, not us) with which we are no longer affiliated. Word to the wise: Rent from Captain Stu at 941-505-8687 and not Chadwick Cove Marina. You want a knowledgeable service run by true boating professionals in the boat rental industry. Be careful where you rent a boat down here in Southwest Florida. Always ask whoever you rent from if rescue is available in case your boat were to become disabled. Captain Stu oversees each and every one of his rental boats and is always available in case your boat should run out of fuel, aground, or if you need a rescue for any reason. If you want to have easy access to the beaches, our boat rentals are all perfect for that since they can pull right up on the beaches. Another factor to consider is how easily you can get in and out of the boat. All of our rental boats are designed to run in shallow areas which makes it easy to climb in and out once you anchor it on the beach. Just remember to keep the motor in deep water. We will take you out on a practice run and work with you....it's that easy! Another reason our boat rentals are perfect for this area is they are designed to run in mere inches of water which is great for flats fishing, shelling and mangrove touring.
Select from either a 18,19 or 20 foot Carolina Skiff, or rent our 22 foot Citation deck boat which holds 12 people. For experienced boaters, rent our 30 foot double decker pontoon boat to have all the comforts of home in the Gulf or on one of our great beaches! Our boat rentals are equipped with GPS/Depth Finder navigational equipment and are perfect for the fishing in shallow harbor areas and in the Gulf on calm days. We also provide coolers free of charge. Boat rental service areas include: Englewood, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Peace River, Gasparilla Island & Boca Grande, North Port and Cape Coral areas. If you are looking for the larger boat rental, click on this link to check out our double decker pontoon boat rental!
Optional Services - both of our skiff boats can be rented with a guide for an additional $150 for a full day cruise and $100 for a half day. This is definitely your safest option, especially if our areas are unfamiliar and you aren't sure where the best anchorages are. If a guide is not selected, the person that rents the boat is considered the navigator or main person in charge of the bareboat rental.

We understand that sometimes boating is so much fun that you just don't want to leave the islands and come back to shore. However, we ask that you understand our return procedures, and respect your fellow renters so that everyone gets a fair turn. Returning a rental boat late can be a very expensive mistake and we wish to help you to avoid this cost.
If you have any problems while on the water, you should immediately call the office and let us know. DO NOT, under any circumstances, try to handle mechanical (or other) issues without our knowledge or consent.

PLEASE, avoid these charges for unnecessary lateness:
$150 per hour for Chase-boat search party.

Any additional costs incurred while locating the rental boat.
Simply return the rental boat at the time specified on your rental contract to avoid these additional charges.

The rental boat shall not be used for any unlawful purpose or operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
As you leave our dock please make a mental note of which direction you are headed and always note the major landmarks around you. Should you have any problems with one of the boats, we may need a specific location or directions to reach you.
Safety is our primary concern. We will supply all the required safety equipment, and will also spend time with you to make sure you are familiar with its use prior to leaving the dock. Boating is a fun and safe sport if you use common sense and pay attention to your surroundings.

This is a working harbor which means watermen and other commercial traffic run the same routes you will be using. Please be courteous to the people who work these routes. Rental boats are to stay 10 yards from ALL other boats at ALL times. Never cut another vessel off, always slow down and cross behind other vessels. Remember you are resposible for your wake!
